2. What are the rules? there is 2 sorts of rules : the basics are the important wich includes by don't break them
the 2nd part is about , No hacking no insulting or even flooding spamming as text, there is also no advertising other servers without permission , so consider these are the most important the last part are the staff rules wich talk about , no spamming no abusing don't give free items...

3. How good is your english? well every ppl would say : good'' ... thats the first mistake everyone could do it so ican rate myself as 6/10 ,and i speek arabic and frensh

5. What do YOU think you should do as a member ? helping ppl , respecting rules, using forum everyday and manythings

6. How active are you on the forum? ican visit forum every day but depends on my internet connection and the usage of pc...

using big and bold alphabets are not good for an apply,try to use small letters ok!
but if you are applying first time,then my vote would be NEUTRAL.
Even you can't become moderator directly,you must be member first.
